This section covers how to manage your Printalytics subscription & billing information.
Printalytics offers a 15-Day Free Trial for new users. Your Free Trial begins automatically when you register your Printalytics account, and no up-front payment information is required.
To see how much time is left on your Free Trial, sign in to Printalytics and look near the top right corner of the page. There will be a colored box showing how much time is left on your trial near your account name.
You can also view your remaining trial time in the Billing & Subscription
area. Go to the left hand menu, select Settings
and then click Billing & Subscription
to see how much time is left on your trial.
{secondary.fa-file-alt} NOTE: Your Free Trial lasts for 15 days. If you set up your subscription before the Free Trial has ended, you will still get the full 15 days free before your subscription starts.
Once your Free Trial has ended, you will need to set up your paid subscription to continue using Printalytics. The subscription is billed monthly on the date that your Free Trial ends, and the billing amount is based on your order volume. You will have full access to all features with unlimited Shops & Print Service connections regardless of your billing level, and you only pay more when you sell more.
Your order volume is based on the number of orders from your Shops that were fulfilled by your Print Services. It does not count any orders from your Shops that were not fulfilled by your Print Services, or any orders from your Print Services that are not tied to an order from your Shops. In other words, Printalytics only counts the print-on-demand orders that it provides reporting for.
To see what your next bill will be based on your previous month's order count, go to the left hand menu, select Settings
and then click Billing & Subscription
. Once the Manage Payment Method
page has loaded, it will show your previous month's print-on-demand order count and the amount that will be charged.
{secondary.fa-file-alt} NOTE: Shopify users are billed through the Shopify Platform. Please see the section on Billing for Shopify Users for more information.
To set up your subscription, go to the left hand menu, select Settings
and then click Billing & Subscription
. Once the Manage Subscription
page has loaded, click the Update Payment Method
button.
On the Manage Payment Method
page, you will see a short form where you can enter your credit card information. Once you have filled out the form, click the Save Payment Method
button to save your payment information. If your trial has expired or you have a payment due, your card will be charged after updating your payment information.
You can cancel your Printalytics subscription at any time with no questions asked. To cancel your subscription, go to the left hand menu, select Settings
and then click Billing & Subscription
. Once the Manage Subscription
page has loaded, click the End Subscription
button.
After clicking End Subscription
, your subscription will be cancelled immediately. However, you will continue to have access until your next billing date. During this time, you can resume your subscription to continue using Printalytics.
If you have cancelled your subscription, you will enter a "grace period" that will last until your next billing date. During the grace period you will continue to have access to Printalytics, and you can resume your subscription if you wish to continue using Printalytics.
To resume your subscription during the grace period, go to the left hand menu, select Settings
and then click Billing & Subscription
. Once the Manage Subscription
page has loaded, click the Resume Subscription
button.
After clicking Resume Subscription
, your subscription will be reactivated immediately. Your subscription will continue with it's original billing date.
{secondary.fa-file-alt} NOTE: Your 15 Free Trial begins when you create your Printalytics account. When you approve your Shopify subscription, it will automatically include any time remaining on your Free Trial.
For Shopify users, your subscription & billing will be managed through the Shopify platform. In accordance with Shopify requirements, each shop is billed individually through it's own separate subscription.
Your Shopify Billing subscription is set up automatically when you Connect Your Shopify Store to Printalytics. After giving Printalytics permission to access your Shopify store, you will be sent to Shopify to approve your subscription.
Once you have approved your Printalytics subscription on Shopify, it will be added to your monthly Shopify bill. You can cancel your subscription at any time by either removing your Shopify store from Printalytics, or by cancelling your subscription from within your Shopify account.
